Peggy Joyce Chandler, 76, died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence, The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Florence City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
