Billy Chipman Jr. passed away on March 18, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.
He is survived by his children Evan and Kinsley Chipman, his father, Billy Chipman, Sr. and his sister Leigh Zamarripa.
Billy was known for his big heart and deeply caring nature. He had a way of making others feel valued and loved, always putting his family-especially his children-at the center. His love for them was unwavering, and they were his greatest pride and joy.
He had a passion for collecting memorabilia and enjoyed spending time watching and talking about baseball and basketball. Whether it was a game on TV or a shared conversation about sports, those moments brought him happiness and connection with others.
Billy also carried a confident spirit and a sense of humor-he liked to think of himself as a good-looking man, and that charm was part of what made him so memorable to those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Belinda Chipman.
Billy’s life will be honored at a service on March 27 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church (3812 Kirby Parkway Memphis TN 38115)
