Frances LaVergne Eubanks Garner, age 82 of Estill Springs, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Vanderbilt-Harton Hospital in Tullahoma. She was born on October 26, 1942, in Knoxville to the late Walter Samuel and Mildred Pearl (Allison) Eubanks. Before her retirement, she had been employed as an inspector in the clothing manufacturing industry at Tennessee Apparel. In her leisure time, Frances enjoyed sewing, knitting, shopping, and reading books of all kinds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Walter (Rhoda Hill) Eubanks Jr; nephew, David Eubanks; and son-in-law, Arther Eugene Hill. Frances is survived by her husband of sixty-five years, Allan Garner; children, Allan Garner Jr, April Hill, and Samuel (Kelli) Garner; grandchildren, Angelica Garner, Arther Hill III, Andrew Hill, Alex Keener, Aaron Keener, Adrian Hill, Antonio Hill, Riley Garner, Kaitlin Ikard, and Bradey Couch; and great-grandchildren, Avery Garner, Camberly Garner, Loretta Keener, Seyanna Keener, and Luther Hill. Visitation will be from 10am-2pm on Friday, August 8, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro.
