Joyce Ivadean “Dean” McGee, 87, formerly of Florence passed away on May 31, 2025 after an extended illness. She was a loving mother and grandmother (Granny). She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church (Florence), homemaker, seamstress, worked for several years at Big Star, and retired from Hibbett Sporting Goods.

A visitation will be on Wednesday June 4, 2025 at Greenview Funeral Home from 11:00-1:00 pm. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Brother Oscar Roach and Brother Mike Crews officiating.

Mrs. McGee was preceded in death by her husband, Berlon McGee; parents, Raymon and Reba Myhan; sisters, Patricia Myhan and Elaine Dixon; brother, Kenneth Myhan; and grandson, Matthew McGee.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis McGee (Marianne) and Keith McGee (Christy); daughters, Denise Bradley (Dennis) and Lisa Williams (Mike); brothers, Eldred Myhan (Faye), Jimmy Myhan (Mary), and Larry Myhan (Shelby); 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jason Bradley, Jeremy Bradley, Josh McGee, Lucas McGee, Adam Williams, Cody Sloas; and grandsons-in-law, Jeremy Hiles, and Adam Price.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Bradley, Mike Williams, Mitchell McGee, and Mark McGee.

A special thanks to NHC Lawrenceburg on Brink Street on the 300 hall and to everyone who loved her.
