TUSCUMBIA-The 6th annual Betty Martin Memorial Earth Month Kick-Off hosted by Shoals
Earth Month, Inc. will be Thursday, April 4, 2013 beginning at 5:30 pm at the Gas Design Center located at 109 6th Street, Tuscumbia, Alabama.
There will be food, a silent auction, and live jazz music by The Charlie Rose Trio with no admission charged. Presentations will be made by Centiva, Souther Solar Systems and Steve Richerson on The “Illusion” of Sustainability.
Sponsors for the event are Centiva, Southern Solar Systems, Jim Bishop Toyota, the Wilson Dam Chapter of the American Chemical Society, Colbert County Tourism and Florence/Lauderdale Tourism.
