Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the New Heaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church (24917 Garrett Road Belle Mina, AL 35615) with Pastor Fred Jefferson officiating. Interment will be in the Decatur City Cemetery (1001 Wilson Street Decatur, Alabama 35601) Mrs. Williams will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral service time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2023 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Royal Funeral Home.
