Magdalene Pearson McBride, age 78 of Dora, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at her residence. She worked at the Daily Mountain Eagle for many years.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Boldo Cemetery.
Mrs. McBride was preceded in death by her Parents-Walker and Glady Pearson; Husband-Jimmy “Tiny” McBride; Daughter-Renee McBride Davis; Brothers-Paul Ray and Douglas Pearson.
She is survived by her Sister-Wonda Lafan (Jim); Brothers-Horace Pearson (Annette), Jimmy Pearson, George Pearson and Gerald Pearson (Leslie); Grandchildren-Kyle and Ashley; 5 Great Grandchildren; Special niece-Kay Crews; Host of nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to the nurses and staff of Kindred Care Hospice, and to Janice Tidwell and June Sherer for all the help given to us.
