Rickey Leonard Mooneyham age 54 of Madison, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Mr. Mooneyham was born April 7, 1961 to William Mooneyham and Edith Duncan Mooneyham.
Services will be Thursday, April 7, 2016 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Pat Lawrence officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Private family burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Preceded in death by his parents, William and Edith Mooneyham.
Survived by one son, Ryan Mooneyham of Madison; one daughter, Lindsay Creekmore of Madison; one brother, Jeff Mooneyham and wife, Lori of Athens; two grandchildren, Trenton Mooneyham of Madison and Jayden Rose of Guntersville, AL; one niece, Elizabeth Mooneyham of Athens; one aunt, Betty Smith of Athens; several cousins.
