Phil Campbell Man Arrested On Beastiality Charges… Allegedly Had Sex With His German Shepherd

PHIL CAMPBELL-Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies made an arrest   after receving tips  from  concerned citizens. They arrested 54-year-old Russell Joseph Myerson four counts of Bestiality.

investigators arrested Myersat his home after he admitted to them he had sex with his German Shepherd on four occasions.

Myerswas also in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when he was arrested.

The Franklin County Animal Control took possession of the German Shepherd and they are now caring for the dog.  It is unlikely, according to Franklin County Shannon Oliver, That the dog will be returned to Myers.

Myers is currently being held in the Franklin County Jail on a bond of $6,000.
