Brooks’ Florence Visit During March District Work Week

WASHINGTON,D.C. – Yesterday Congressman Mo Brooks (AL-05) spent the day meeting with constituents throughout Florence. Congressman Brooks is in North Alabama for the March District Work Week. Below are photos from a few of the events he attended.

Marsha Carter is behind this award winning program, and was the recipient of the 2013 American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) National Teacher of the Year Award.

      Congressman Brooks toured Florence Recycling Center for an inside look at their new sorting machine. He met with the Solid Waste and Recycling Department management and staff, and is pictured here with Mayor Mickey Haddock, Rachel Mansell, and David Koonce.
