James A. Garrett, 87, died Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. Visitation will be 12:30-2 p.m. Sunday at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens. He served in the U.S. Army.
