Randall Rives, age 60, of Albertville, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
Randall was born on November 17, 1965, to Walter and Nelda Rives. He spent many years working as a custodian at Albertville High School, where he became a familiar face to students, faculty, and staff. He also worked for the City of Albertville Street Department and took great pride in the work he did for his community.
Randall will be remembered as a hardworking man who was proud of his years of service to the City of Albertville and the community he called home.
He is survived by his mother, Nelda Stewart Rives; brothers, James Richard Rives and Shane Rives, all of Albertville; special friend, Dianne Duncan; and a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Rives.
Funeral services for Randall will be held Friday, August 21, 2026. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Old Fairview Cemetery.
Randall’s family and friends will remember the many years he dedicated to his work, his community, and the people of Albertville.
