Nick C. Gorham, 66, of Fort Payne, passed away Friday, August 7, 2026, at his home. He was born March 26, 1960 in DeKalb County, Alabama, to Warren “Short” Gorham and Eloise Freeman Gorham. He worked for many years at Earthgrains and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Alabama football. He was a faithful member of Greater Life Pentecostal Church and loved his family well.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Thomas and Rev. Chad Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Walkers Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 until 8 p.m.
He is survived by his children Clay Gorham (Amanda), Jessica Creasman (Josh), and Chris Gorham (Mackenzie); mother Eloise Patterson; brother Steve Gorham; and grandchildren Ashlynn Wright, Lili Gorham, Kaylee, Carter, and Krimson Creasman, and Silas and Sable Gorham; and was expecting his first great-grandchild soon.
He was preceded in death by father Warren “Short” Gorham and his step-father Othell Patterson.
