Scot Aaron Moore, 50 of Arab passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026, at his residence. He was born September 26, 1975, in Las Vegas, Nevada, the son of Gaither C. Moore and Donna Dane Moore. He was retired from the US Air Force and was currently working for the US Army Corps of Engineers at Redstone Arsenal.
He is survived by his wife: Tracy Withrow; children: Charlotte Paige Moore and Gavin Tyler Moore; sisters: Juanita Annette Nitz, Stacy Jones, Amanda Diaz, Jamilyn Shirley and Shawna Ramireze; brothers: Kevin Moore and Chris Moore; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
The family has chosen to honor his wishes with cremation with no formal service. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the Moore family with cremation arrangements.
