Stelcia Pope Pulley, age 78, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012.  Visitation will be Tuesday, July 17 from 5-9 pm and Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 8 am until 1pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro.  Her service will be Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 1pm in Shckelford Chapel, Waynesboro.  Interment will be in Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro.
