Funeral service for Mr. Robert B. “Bobby” Wiggins, Jr., 73, will be today, November 3, 2013, at 3 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with burial in Roselawn Cemetery in Athens. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.
