Ramona Lee Benson Riedel, 67, of Gurley, AL, formerly of Davenport, Iowa, passed away at home on Saturday November 22, 2014. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Elaine Benson; father, Okie Benson; and brothers: Dennis, Michael and Gary Benson.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Riedel; daughters, Desa Micklewright and Donnie Renee Brown; sister-in-law, Ann Benson; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, eight nieces and nephews, and twelve great-nieces and nephews.
She had a great love of gardening, cooking for her family and a sweet fondness for Flamingos. No services are planned at this time. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
