David Lee Heatherly, born September 1, 1958 went to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday April 25, 2025.
He was preceded in death by mother, Geraldine Heatherly; father, Elmer Heatherly and grandmother, Ethel Lang.
Surviving are wife, Regina (Stapler) Heatherly; daughter, Mary Lou (Michael) Walker; son, David Lee Heatherly; son, Rocky (Courtney) Perry, Jr.; daughter, Kimberly Perry; 3 grandchildren, Kayleigh Wharton, Raeanna Perry, and Elijah Howard; two sisters, Cindy Davis and Glenda Fowler; uncle, Paul Heatherly; lifelong friend George “Bud” Childress; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
