Ms. Mary Edith Hiten Hollingsworth, age 92, of Co. Rd. 44, near Hubbertville, Alabama, passed away Saturday, September 13th, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, Alabama.
Visitation, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 16th, 2014, at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 16th, 2014, at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Whites Chapel Cemetery.
Ms. Hollingsworth was born January 6th, 1922, to the late Willie and Annie Olinger Hiten. She was a long time member of the White’s Chapel Church of Christ.
She is survived by a niece, Rosa Lee Haley; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Annie Olinger Hiten; her husband, Cleburn J. “Little Dan” Hollingsworth; and 1 daughter, Patricia Ann Hollingsworth.
