Manuel Thomas Johnson, age 51, resident of Fairview, TN, passed away at his residence on Monday, April 24.
Thomas was born March 16, 1966, in Jasper, AL, the son of the late Norman Edward Johnson and Mary Rose Dover Johnson. He was the husband of 19 years of Wendy Mader Johnson of Fairview. Thomas was a truck driver. He bled crimson for the Alabama Crimson Tide and loved looking for tools on Craigslist. One of his favorite pastimes was taking things apart and putting them back together again. He was a member of the Church at Grace Point.
Survivors include his wife, Wendy; children, Ben Smith, Aaron Johnson, Kodie Johnson, Sammie Johnson and Hayley Johnson; one sister, Marie Thompson and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Graylon Johnson.
