A visitation for Mrs. Gloria Gregg Green will be held Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00PM at Flint Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 2:00 at the church. Burial will follow at Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Brother Wendall Bennett and Brother Joe David Bailey officiating. Peck Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Gloria Gregg Green, age 73 passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at her residence in Decatur. She was born to Olen and Dorothy Williams Gregg in Jones County, Mississippi on October 26, 1950. She retired as a childcare provider at Kid’s Kastle in Hartselle. Gloria was a dedicated and loving care giver to her husband Gary Dewayne Green for 21 years of their 42 years of marriage. She had the gift of giving as well as many other gifts. She loved all sports and enjoyed supporting and cheering on her children and grandchildren. Gloria was very involved with her church and spending time with her family. Mississippi was home and where she loved to visit with family. One her favorite things to do was going out to eat with her sister in-laws. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gary Dewayne Green and sister, Betty Gregg Robinson.

Grandchildren: Larsen Murphy of Hartselle and Sam Green of Hartselle
Pall bearers will be Michael Hembree, Mickey Hembree, Randy Barbrey, Wheeler Kirby, Steve Hall, John Hall, Mike Garnett and Don Puckett
