Eric Woodrow Wilson, 67, of Huntsville, AL passed away on January 3rd, 2018.
Eric was born in Huntsville, AL on September 19, 1950 to Joseph and Myrtice Wilson. Eric is preceded in death by his wife Frances Wilson. He is survived by his daughter, Christina Taylor (Geoff) and son Michael Wilson (Keri), and six grandchildren, Drew Carlton, Micah Carlton, Noah Carlton, Aegwyn Taylor, Graeme Taylor and Emma Wilson. Eric also leaves behind two brothers, Fred Wilson (Sandra) and Jeff Wilson (Cindy). Eric was well known among friends and family for his love of the outdoors and his skill with his hands. Eric spent many hours hunting, fishing and camping. His time indoors was spent crafting leatherwork, beadwork and woodwork. He was most fond of the Native American items that were often given as gifts to loved ones.
Eric’s memorial service will be held at Farley Church of Christ 12113 South Memorial Parkway Huntsville, AL 35803, on January 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
