Dorothy Callan Quandt, age 82, of Beaverton, AL passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 2:00pm from Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Taylor Springs Cemetery. Bro. Dan Duncan will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12:30pm until 2:00pm.

Dorothy was born on August 6, 1935 in Lamar County, AL to the late Hazel Lee Callan. She attended both Sulligent and Lamar County High Schools. She was previously employed at McCoy Manufacturing and Reltoc in Winfield, AL. Dorothy lived in Alaska for 15 years. She thoroughly enjoyed traveling, crocheting and reading. She was a member of Taylor Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
