Carolyn Sue Rizzo, age 80 of Linn’s Crossing, passed away May 9, 2023. She was owner of Carolyn’s Beauty Shop and was a member of New Beginnings Church in Graysville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Rizzo.
Survivors include her son, John Rizzo and wife Nancy; granddaughter, Hope Hill; nephews, Jeff Knox, Thomas Knox and wife Julee and Steve Knox and wife Debbie; several other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday May 13, 2023 at 11:00 am in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Steve Knox and Thomas Knox will officiate. Burial will follow at Linn’s Crossing Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday 10-11 am.
Pallbearers will be Randal Chappell, Damon Knox, Marty Lawson, Christian Eubanks, Cannon Eubanks and Ronnie Saint.
The family would like to thank Carolyn Vintson, Teresa Summers, and also Perl Burden of Compassus Hospice for their wonderful care.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
