Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Jean Graves, age 89, will be held privately for the family.
Mrs. Graves passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at her home in Dyer, TN.
Mrs. Graves was a member of the New Bethlehem Church in Dyer, TN, and a retired Electronics and Appliances Manager for Kmart. She loved to crochet doilies and such for loved ones and backed and gave away pans of dinner rolls.
Mrs. Graves was preceded in death by her husband, Garrett W. Graves Sr.; her parents, B. F. and Mary Ruth Shanklin; and a brother, Julius Shanklin.
Mrs. Graves is survived by her three children, Gloria Votava and husband George, Garrett W. Graves Jr. and wife Diane, and Tracy Graves; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
