Francis Mauzelle McDaniel Strange, 88, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo . She was born July 27, 1924 to Frank and Fannie Amber Johnson McDaniel in Itawamba County. She married her husband, Charles Strange on August 10, 1945. She was a graduate of I.A.H.S., Class of 1944. She also attended ICC and Mississippi State University, where she received her Teaching Certificate, after which she taught school at Ryan’s Well, before becoming a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family , crocheting, working with her flowers, and sewing. She was an Eastern Star and a member of Southside Baptist Church since 1980, where she had taught the Ladies Sunday School Class.

She is survived by 1 Daughter, Joette Farrar of Fulton, Grandson, Barry (Teresa) Farrar of Huntsville, AL, Granddaughter, Tammy Farrar (Chad) Nolan of New Albany, 5 Great Grandchildren, Lindsay (Jake) Garner of Tremont, Dixie Lynn Stewart of Brewer, Madison Stewart of Fulton, Mitchell Farrar of Huntsville, Taylor Farrar of Huntsville, 3 Great Great Grandchildren, Westin Garner of Tremont, Layla Grace Garner of Tremont, Addison Grace Stewart of Fulton, 3 Sisters, Susie (Stanley) Underwood of Fulton, Patricia “Jack” Spencer of Fulton, and, Lucille Umphers of Fulton, 2 Brothers, James Pete (Kay) McDaniel of Fulton, and Charles McDaniel of Fulton, Several Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles Strange, Parents, Frank and Fannie McDaniel, Granddaughter, Melissa Gail Quinn.

Pallbearers will be Mitchell Farrar, Taylor Farrar, Chad Nolan, Alfredo Giacomtti, Jake Garner, Shane Loyd.
