LIMESTONE COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency report a single-vehicle accident near Tanner in Limestone County has taken the life of an Athens woman:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:34 a.m. Sunday, March. 29, has claimed the life of an Athens woman.
Robbie D. Tucker, 89, was fatally injured when the 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan she was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Tucker was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Shaw Road near Paradise Shores Road, approximately nine miles west of Tanner, in Limestone County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
