Billy Wayne Mills, age 77, passed away on March 22, 2026.
Billy was born on August 3, 1948, to the late Johnnie and Lucille Mills. He was owner and operator of M&M Auto Body Shop for 40 plus years, repairing vehicles for many customers who appreciated his hard work. He had a passion for his profession. His days started early, working 10 to 12 hour days. He was fond of great music, a fan of NASCAR and enjoyed dancing. He loved his son and grandchildren. He was a dog lover, leaving behind his fur baby, Carter. He was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in Russellville.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jane Wellington; grandson, Jagger Mills; great-granddaughter, Jovi James and fur baby, Gypsy.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Stuart Mills (Gayla); grandchildren, Savannah James (Hunter), Tiffany Garrison (Tim), J.T. Watkins (Kyndra Richard); great-grandchildren, Branch James, Dakota Garrison, Destiny Garrison; sisters, Charlotte Pounders (David), Ann Mills; brother, Huston Mills, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
