Shirley Faye Motes Knight, 87, of New Hope, passed away Thursday.
She was preceded in death by parents, Raymond E. & Lillie B. Motes; husband, Walter Ivelee Knight and sons, Steve Hyatt and Gene Hyatt, brothers, Raymond E. Motes Jr., James E. Motes, and Kenneth E. Motes.
Surviving are sons, Mark (Stephanie) Knight and Tim Hyatt; grandchildren, Sara Knight, Robert Hyatt, Brandy Hyatt Terry and Justin Hyatt; great grandchildren, Katelin ( Jonathan) Hyatt Adams, Ethan Terry and Edward Terry; great great grandchildren, Addalynn Adam, Jayce Adams, Isabella Adams, Millie Adams, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1:00 PM with Bro. Ricky Beck officiating. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Motes, Jeff Motes, Greg Motes, Justin Hyatt, Ethan Terry, and Edward Terry.
Interment will be in Brown Cemetery.
