Lenita Browning, age 67 of Fayette, Alabama, passed away on Friday, October 09, 2026, at DCH of Tuscaloosa. Services for Ms. Browning will be Monday, October 12, 2026 at Bethabara Baptist Church, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to service time. Rev. Kenneth Stough will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service.
Lenita is preceded in death by her mother; Wynona Browning, brother; Dee Browning, and grandparents; Ardle and Kellie Rae Morrison and Willie and Ruby Browning.
She is survived by her father; Willie C Browning, brother; Reginald (Lisa) Browning, niece; Kellie (Joshua) Moulds, and great niece; Keagan Moulds.
Lenita was a sweet, loving woman whose warmth and kindness touched everyone around her. You never arrived or left without receiving one of her hugs, a simple gesture that showed just how much she cared. Soft-spoken and gentle in nature, Lenita always carried a positive attitude and had a special way of making others feel welcome and loved. Her kindness, warm embrace, and beautiful spirit will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
