Mrs. Phyllis Janett Quattlebaum passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at her residence. She was born July 6, 1947, to Carl O’Rear and Lola O’Rear.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law, Melba O’Rear.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Jerome Quattlebaum; son, Eric (Joni) Quattlebaum; grandchildren, Carson, Camryn and Caleb Quattlebaum; brother, Jerry (Charlotte) O’Rear, Benny O’Rear; sister, Betty (Harold) Campbell and a host of nieces and nephews.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
