Deborah Gay Neely Smith, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2025. A loving mother, devoted daughter, and adoring grandmother, Deborah’s warmth, kindness, and light touched everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her two daughters, Brooke Martinez and Bridgette Bell; her beloved mother, Mary Ann Phillips; and her cherished grandchildren, Karolina Martinez (age 7) and Christian Martinez (age 3).
Deborah was a bright light whose laughter, love, and generosity made the world a better place. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she graced.
A celebration of Deborah’s life will be planned by the family at a later date. May she rest in peace, knowing she is forever loved.
