It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear son, Samuel James Baldwin who died on June 22, 2025, at the age of 34. Sam was born on April 21, 1991, in Euclid, Ohio.
He will be remembered for his undying compassion for family and friends, his creativity, sense of humor, loyalty in all aspects of his life and commitment to social responsibility.
He graduated from the University of Tampa and went on to attain his master’s degree in sports management and education at the University of Akron in Ohio. He also had a distinguished career as Associate Athletic Director, communication at the University of Alabama Huntsville.
Sam enjoyed baseball, cycling, reading, and playing guitar.
Sam is survived by his parents, Terrie and James; his sister, Allison,; brother-in-law, John; and his dear girlfriend, Sarah Paulson.
A Funeral Mass and luncheon will be held on July 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at 32114 East 321st Street, Willowick, Ohio.
