Claudia Darling age 75, of Arab passed away Sunday May 11, 2025, at her residence. Claudia was born on June 30, 1949, in Vallejo, California the daughter of Claude Bridenbaker and Ruth Press Bridenbaker. She was married on Sept. 14, 1968, to George Darling. She was a Registered Nurse and had a long career at several hospitals beginning before they moved to Arab around 40 years ago. She worked at the old Arab Hospital before going to Marshall Medical Center North after its construction. She later worked for several years at Crestwood Medical Center before retiring.
She is survived by her husband: George Darling; Sons: Bruce (Christy) Darling and Brian Darling; brothers: Don Bridenbaker and Ron (Kay) Bridenbaker; sisters: Linda (Randy) Hendrix, Carol (Chuck) Foltz and Betty (Dennis) Sherwin; granddaughter: Ann Kate Darling.
Funeral Service will be Thursday May 15, 2025, at 11 AM at Gober Funeral Chapel with Bro. Charlie Alldredge officiating. Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel.
