Billy Thomason, Jr., age 79, of Belfast, Tennessee, died Sunday, March 2, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side.
He was born August 7, 1945, in Marshall County, Tennessee, to the late William Thomason, Sr. and Rosie Williams Thomason.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Frankie and Stanley Thomason and a sister Elaine Sullivan.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pam Haislip Thomason; one daughter Mindy Hooten (Keith); one son Will Thomason (Cassie) all of Lewisburg; grandchildren Brianna Edwards (Travis), Aaron Thomason (Katie), Madison Clark (Tanner), Nathan Thomason (Lynzee), and Alexa Hooten; great grandchildren Hadley Edwards, Sawyer Kate Edwards, and Collin Thomason; brothers Claude, Loyd, Steve and Wesley Thomason; sisters Patsy Goodrich, Vivian Sinning and Judy Thomason; special nephew Clint Thomason; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 W. Church St, Lewisburg, Tennessee, on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
