FLORENCE-On February 23, 2025, Florence Police Department Officers responded to the 2200 block of Hough Road regarding a 911 call. FPD Officers forced entry and took a male into custody after he resisted arrest.
He was identified as Carlos Choc-Tiul, 34 years old. Carlos Choc-Tiul was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Operations.
After further investigation, Francisco Coc-Caal, 35, was placed under arrest for Domestic Violence-Strangulation and Willful Abuse of a Child.
