After dedicating approximately 35 years to Northwest Community College, Charles retired in 2013 to spend more time with his grandchildren and to travel with dear friends, Max Sales and Cathy Oieling. He had a deep love for his family and made it a point to express his love and appreciation to them often. Charles never met a stranger and was known for his warm and welcoming nature.
