John Kirk Howard died Monday, June 12th, 2023. Kirk Howard was born on August 17th, 1956 in Columbus Ohio to parents John and Loretta Howard. He grew up in Huntsville, Alabama and attended Lee High School and then joined the military. After serving in the military he started a painting company where he went on to become a successful subcontractor for 25 years. he loved to fish , go fast, work hard, and play hard. He also enjoyed spending time with family.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Edward Howard; his mother, Loretta Howard; his baby sister, Elizabeth Price; and Nephew, Marc Price.
He is survived by his brother, Victor Howard (Mary); children Jason Howard (Christine), Luke Howard, and Rhiannon Howard; and grandchildren, Thad, Noah, Emma, Aiden, and Jack.
Visitation services will be held on June 15, 2023 from 6-8 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home, 2411 Memorial Parkway NW, Huntsville, AL 35810. Funeral Services will be on June 16, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home. He will be buried at Maple Hill Cemetery.
