FLORENCE-Florence celebrated Memorial with a tribute to the 225 Fallen Heroes from Florence and Lauderdale County. They were recognized by their name and the war in which they fought. There was a wreath laying ceremony. The theme for this Memorial Day Event was “Freedom is Not Free, Some Paid All”.
