Funeral services for Margie Jewel Mooney age 82 of Fayetteville will be conducted Saturday 1 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home, with Cameron Howell officiating and burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Mooney passed away Tuesday, at Bailey Manor in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Mooney, two sons, Tim Mooney and David Mooney, her parents, Clifton McElyea and Ruby Morton and three brothers, Douglas McElyea, Donnie McElyea and Frankie McElyea.
She is survived by three daughters, Cindy and James Jean, Mitzi and Richard Howell and Marcie and John McAlister, one brother, Ron McElyea and one sister, Ella Claridy, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jamie May, Jordan McAlister, Nate Mooney, Luke McAlister, Cameron Howell, Ben Bolden, Eli Bolden and Harold Michael Canada.
Visitation will be Saturday 12:30-1 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home
