Funeral Services for Mr. Larry L. Robertson, age 77, of Lineville, will be held on Tuesday,
September 20, 2022 at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville at 11:00 A.M. Rev. James Benefield
will officiate and the eulogy will be given by Christopher Robertson. Burial will follow at New
Harmony Christian Church Cemetery.
Mr. Robertson, a proud native of Virginia, had resided in Lineville for many years. He was the
owner of Robertson Contracting Company in Virginia. He was a master craftsman and had
many hobbies, including working with and collecting classic cars and tractors. A man of great
Christian faith, he enjoyed teaching Sunday School at Bethel North Baptist Church for many
years. He enjoyed his home and said many times that “home is my favorite place to be”. He
was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Robertson is survived by his wife, Sundra Robertson; his son, Christopher Robertson
(Rhonda) of Axton, Virginia; daughter, Lea Anne Quattrone (Joe) of Nashville, Tennessee;
stepdaughters, Audra Fahey (Dan) of Memphis, Tennessee and Johna Burroughs (Chris) of
Springville, Alabama; seven grandchildren; sister Linda Helton (Bud) of Eden, North Carolina;
and brother Kennon Robertson (Lynn) of Danville, Virginia.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ruth Davis Robertson.
Chris Burroughs, Dan Fahey, Michael Morris, Jeff Morris, Randy Morris, and Kris Morris will
serve as pallbearers. Noah Robertson will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
His visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Benefield Funeral Home in
Lineville from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M.
