Andrew Wallace, age 26, passed away January 21, 2022. He was born on February 22, 1995 in
Lexington, Kentucky. He grew up in Winchester, Tennessee since he was 2 years old and was
currently living in Hermitage, Tennessee. Andrew is the son of JonPaul and Lisa ( Henshaw)
Wallace. He attended Franklin County High School and graduated in 2013. He loved soccer and
swimming. He was on the swim team in middle school and high school. Water sports were his
passion. One of his favorite past times was wake boarding and wake surfing. Andrew earned
the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 185 in Winchester. His Eagle Scout project was building
trash can containers for the Rotary Club Soccer fields. He also loved camping and hiking. As a
Boy Scout he attended the BSA National Jamboree in Virginia, the BSA Philmont High
Adventure Scout Ranch in New Mexico, and the BSA Northern Tier Camp in Minnesota.
Andrew started his formal education at the University of Alabama in Huntsville studying
mechanical engineering. He decided that he needed a change after 2 years and attended the
University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. Andrew received a BBA Management , Business
Management. He also completed the Distillation, Wine and Brewing Studies Certificate in 2018.
Andrew was a third place winner in the University of Kentucky Stock Pitch Competition. Andrew
was a lifelong member of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity, Omicron Psi Chapter at UK. He
served as social chair during the 2016 – 2017 year and was a member of the investing club. He
was a Deans List recipient from Gatton College of Business. Andrew was currently the
Operations Manager at Sherwin Williams Product Finishes Facilities in Nashville.
Andrew enjoyed UK basketball, Keeneland racetrack and “Caturday” with his friends. He was an
avid bourbon connoisseur, local restaurant enthusiast and doting dog dad.
Andrew is survived by his parents Lisa and JonPaul Wallace of Winchester, his loving brother
Jonathan Wallace and his girlfriend of 5 years, Christina Griffin. He also leaves behind maternal
grandfather Andy Henshaw and paternal grandmother Geraldine Wallace. He is also survived by
his Uncle and Aunt Donald Q. Wallace and Suzanne Wallace and their children, Savannah, Lily,
and Emma and Savannah’s son Noah. Other cousins include Travis and Meredith ( Mccoy)
Quigley, Colin and Carrie ( McCoy) Menser, Isabella Quigley, Declan Quigley, Jackson Menser
and Mckay Menser, David and Marla (Bennett) Litz, Christy Litz and Megan Litz. He is preceded
in death by maternal grandmother Betty Don Henshaw and paternal grandfather Donald
Wallace.
Funeral arrangement are being handled by Moore Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester, Tn
37398. Visitation will be Wednesday January 26, 2022 from 5pm to 8:30pm and the Funeral
service will be Thursday January 27, 2022 at 11 am. Interment will follow at Mt. Garner Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in Andrew’s
memory are suggested to the Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church’s Senior Youth
Mission Trip ministry (PO Box 176, Winchester, TN 37398) or Animal Harbor shelter (56 Nor-
