Mildred “Mit” Williams Maddox passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026, she was 86 years old.
Born to Euie and J.D. Williams on May 7, 1940, in Limestone County.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her Beloved Husband Randall Maddox. Brothers: Frank Williams, Robert Williams, sisters: Margaret McGee, Ann Church, Martha “Mot” Greene.
She is survived by their son; Alan Maddox of Ardmore, Tennessee, One brother; Gerald (Dori) Williams of Lafayette, Tennessee.
A visitation will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 12:00 (Noon) to 2:00 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at Blanche Cemetery in Taft, Tennessee beginning at 2:30 PM. Burial will follow. Alan Maddox and Bro. Junior Cano will officiate the service.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
