Kathryn Anita Ridings, 92, a Christian, of Huntsville, went home Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Her life’s journey from Prattville, Arkansas to Huntsville, Alabama was comprised of teaching at Hawaii Baptist Academy to sliding on dunes in the Sahara.
Survivors include son, Geary Ridings (Joan); daughter, Dana Ridings; and nieces and nephews, Linda Johnson, Mike, Pattie, and Savannah Johnson, and Ron and Michelle Waits.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at Farley Community Church. The funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
