Graveside services for Mrs. Imogene Hays White, age 87, are scheduled for 10 AM, Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Independence Cemetery. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. White passed away on Tuesday at her home. She was born August 19, 1933 in Decatur County to the late Hooper Hays and Golden Cottrell Crosnoe. She was a homemaker and a devout Pentecostal who enjoyed church, visiting, and homemaking. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Dennis White; her son, John David White, and her sister, Irene Melson. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Iris White; two grandchildren, Natalie Halford (Michael) and Jason White (Jennifer); and two great grandchildren, Charles and Isabelle
