Amy Joy Miller Amy Joy Miller, 50, passed away August 9, 2021, of heart failure. Amy was born in Zanesville, Ohio on August 05, 1971, to Chuck and Carolyn Tillett. The family moved to Huntsville, AL in 1980. She graduated from Grissom High School in 1989. She attended the University of South Alabama and worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years.

She married the love of her life, John Miller (deceased), on July 27, 2002. Their son, Sam, was born on September 19, 2005. She worked alongside John at Audio Insight and shared his vision and passion for the business and was active in all of Sam’s sporting endeavors. She had many wonderful friends and they and her family meant more to her than anything in the world.

Amy is survived by her son, Sam; parents, Chuck and Carolyn Tillett; grandmother, Marjorie Holmes; sister, Laura Rogers (Stuart); nieces, Caroline, Avery and Libby; parents-in-law, Edgar and Martha Miller; brother-in law, Ed Miller (Maritza); sisters-in-law Leslie Paschal (Cliff) and Suzanne Ritterhoff (David); nephew, Robert; niece, Rachel; and several cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home, with the memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. with The Reverend Bradley Davis Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to a pet shelter of your choice or to Huntsville Hospital Foundation, designated to Hospice Family Care, at 801 Clinton Avenue East, Huntsville, Alabama 35801.
