Sawyer Blake Buchanan, the infant son of Brooke Buchanan, of Summertown, TN passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN.
Along with his mother, he is survived by one brother, Jackson Buchanan of Lawrenceburg, TN; maternal grandmother, Angie Brannon (Chris) of Lawrenceburg, TN; maternal great-grandfather, Oscar Story of Lawrenceburg, TN; paternal great-grandmother, Linda Buchanan of Summertown, TN; and aunt, Britney Davis of Summertown, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM Friday, May 21, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at John Lay Cemetery at 3:00 PM Friday, May 21, 2021, with Sister Edith Helton officiating.
