David Earl Thompson, 65, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away May 7, 2021 at his home. He was born February 22, 1956 in Athens, Alabama to the late George Gilbert and Lillie B Wray Thompson. He lived here in the Ardmore area most all his life and was of the Baptist faith. David loved his old truck and his dog.
He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.
He is survived by his son, Shaun Thompson; 5 grandchildren, Logan Carroll, Jesse (Noah) Hicks, Alexis Carroll, Hayden Carroll, and Austin Thompson; 3 great grandchildren, Gage Ikmire, Hasley Carroll, and Brynleigh Montgomery.
Visitation will Monday, May 10, 2021 from 1 to 3 pm at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be Monday 10, 2021, at 3 pm at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, with Pastor Noah Hicks officiating. Burial will be at New Grove Cemetery, Blanche, Tennessee.
