Alfred “Ewing” Albright, age 69 of Chapmansboro, Tennessee, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, Friday, March 19, 2021 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 11:00AM on Tuesday, March 23, with Bobby Ogg, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at EverRest of Cheatham with John Foster, Steve Gosney, Kenneth Lewis, Larry Rediker, David Welch, and Tommy Winters serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Balthrop, Tommy Castleberry, Bryson Albright, Randy Davis, Billy Evans, David Fyke, and Robert Head.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00PM until 8:00PM on Monday, March 22, and again on Tuesday beginning at 9:00AM until the hour of service at 11:00AM.
Ewing was born on July 26, 1951 in Clarksville, Tennessee to the late Alfred Ewing, Sr. and Willowdean Shepard Albright. He worked as a machinist for many years with L & C Engineering. He loved fishing, Nascar races, and watching his grandchildren play ball. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and a friend to many in the community. He was a member of Stroudsville Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Glenda Albright; son, Brian Ewing (Christy) Albright; daughter, Stacia Fay Turner; brothers, Mike (Bridges) Albright, Randall (Mary) Albright, Gary Albright, Todd (Cindy) Albright; and grandchildren, Sarah Ann, Ella Grace, and Bryson Lee Albright.
