Obituary of Hanford Buel Smith
Mr. Hanford Buel Smith of Vinemont passed away December 5, 2018 at the age of 87. He was born in Cullman on March 18, 1931 to Copal and Etta Mae Shoemake Smith. Mr. Smith was a 20 year veteran of The United States Air Force and he also worked for The United States Postal Service. He is preceded in death by his wife Nell Smith. Funeral services are Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 2 PM at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pete Grund officiating. Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery. Military honors will be rendered at the graveside. Survivors are: son Stephen (Renee) Smith, grandson Phillip Smith and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation is Saturday from 1 PM until service time.
